London Marathon 2014
I am delighted to announce that for the second time in three years I will be running the 2014 London Marathon, raising money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. It’s a charity very close to our families hearts and this Christmas will be four years since Mum sadly passed away.
Two years ago I was delighted with the support I received raising over £3,000.00 Hopefully by the time I cross the finish line on Sunday 13th April 2014, I can go one better and reach a total of £4,000.00 On a personal note, I have set myself a target (all be it a little ambitious) of beating my previous time by fifteen minutes in order to break the 3 hour 30 mins barrier.
Thus far my training is going well and to date ahead of schedule compared to 2012. January, however may prove difficult to stay on track as I’ll be busy performing shows in the Middle East with the Golf Trick Shot Boys at both the HSBC Abu Dhabi Championships and the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.
